Emerald Lakes is located in Central Pennsylvania, in the heart of Monroe county. It is a series of lakes, and is part of a private community dedicated to the lakefront experience.

 

Its location is within two miles of I-80 and I-380, making the commute to neighboring towns simple and quick.

 

Within the Pocono Mountain Ranges

 

Outdoor recreation can be found within a couple of miles in any direction from the waterfront.

 

Surrounding the community is the Pocono Mountains, one of the most popular destinations in the United States for its picturesque landscapes and its expansive size.

 

Four miles northeast of the Emerald Lakes community is the Kalahari Resort Poconos.

 

This resort features family entertainment of a unique nature including: America's largest indoor waterpark, themed mini-golf courses, escape rooms, virtual reality lazertag, and a massive arcade.

 

Outdoor activities in the Poconos include skiing, hiking, and mountain biking trails.

 

Popular Location for Fishing and Boating.

 

Emerald Lakes is a fishing hotspot and is especially well-known for its abundance of largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, pickerel, carp, bluegill, and panfish.

 

Each of the lakes within this community contains a boat launch along with boat racks that are available for rent by the day or by the season. Boats on these lakes are restricted to electric motors.
